“SmartGroup AS has developed and patented the Smart Technology – the most advanced braking solution for mobility and sports. The compact brake can be easily mounted and adapted to different frames and dimensions, while the wireless control is very easy to use and requires very little hand power.

This makes the technology particularly suitable for mobility equipment for elderly and disabled children/adults, e.g. wheelchairs, walkers, hand bikes, etc.). Impaired mobility and grip/hand force place great limitations on the use of manual brakes.
